Join us for the Full Moon Wellness Party: Release to Express on September 26 from 4:30–9:00 PM at the InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort & Spa. Enjoy an uplifting evening of Zumba, yoga, somatic movement, sound healing, meditation and emotional-release practices, followed by healthy bites, refreshments, socializing and dancing.
Your EC$50 participation fee will be donated entirely to Breadfruit House, allowing you to invest in your well-being while supporting a meaningful local cause. Come move, feel, express and celebrate under the full moon—your presence will make a difference.
